Import & Export Executive / Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Import & Export professional with strong seafood industry experience. The role involves handling international sourcing, seafood imports, export coordination, and cold chain logistics across global markets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end seafood import & export operations
Handle international sourcing of fish, shrimp, prawns, and frozen seafood products
Coordinate with global suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC food safety and import regulations
Monitor cold chain logistics to maintain product quality
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
Track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure timely delivery
Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams

Requirements
3–8 years experience in seafood imports/exports or procurement
Strong knowledge of:
Seafood sourcing (fish, shrimp, frozen products)
Import/export documentation
Customs clearance & freight handling
Cold chain logistics
Experience in UAE or GCC seafood market preferred
Good negotiation and supplier management skills
