Description:

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager/Associate for our client. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver real business results.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end management of strategic and enterprise accounts
Develop and execute comprehensive account growth plans
Drive revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, renewals, terms)
Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams
Track KPIs, revenue metrics, and account health indicators
Proactively manage risks, escalations, and retention strategies
Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Proven experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Enterprise Relationship Management
Track record of growing high-value accounts with measurable revenue impact
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
