An elite international hospitality group is seeking a Managing Director to lead the strategic and operational direction of a portfolio of ultra-luxury resorts and hotels in the Kingdom.

This pivotal leadership role will drive brand positioning, elevate the guest experience to global standards, and ensure robust financial performance while supporting the Kingdom’s ambitious tourism and Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the luxury hospitality portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, optimize RevPAR, and manage the property’s full P&L.
• Ensure impeccable guest experiences and strict adherence to global luxury brand standards.
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive committee and foster a culture of service excellence.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years as a General Manager or Managing Director.
• Proven track record of opening and operating ultra-luxury or 5-star properties in the Middle East.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in revenue management, F&B operations, and luxury retail integration.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
