Role Overview
A major construction or energy group (via Michael Page) seeks an MEP Director to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery on high-value projects. Reporting to the Project Director, ensures seamless integration of MEP systems from design to commissioning.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full MEP lifecycle: design coordination, procurement, installation, and testing
• Manage MEP contractors, consultants, and suppliers for compliance and performance
• Control budgets, schedules, quality, and HSE for MEP packages
• Provide senior reporting on progress, risks, and value engineering
• Drive innovation and efficiency in MEP for industrial/energy projects

🔹 Leadership Expectations
• 15+ years in MEP leadership, with strong Oil & Gas or large-scale construction experience
• Expertise in coordinating complex MEP on mega-projects
• Regional authority approvals and GCC compliance knowledge
• Leadership in multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management
