• Lead service and bodyshop operations at a national level
• Optimize workflow, repair quality, and KPI performance

• Ensure OEM and safety standards are met
• Control budgets and drive financial results

✅ Requirements
• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Administration
• 7+ years’ relevant experience, including 4 in management
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair practices
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong command of Excel and data reporting tools
