Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and driven Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, a passion for Arabic cuisine, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations
Ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs
Monitor financial performance and implement cost control strategies
Lead and develop restaurant staff
Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Implement local marketing initiatives
Manage inventory and ensure food safety compliance

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of multi-unit restaurant management experience
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of Arabic cuisine and culture is a plus
Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Valid and transferable Iqama is required
