Description:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic PMO Head to lead and enhance our Project Management Office functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in PMO methodologies, knowledge management, and program/portfolio activation.

✅ Key Requirements:
-20+ years of overall experience
-Strong background in Knowledge Management
-Proven experience with PMO Methodologies
-Expertise in Program & Portfolio Management Activation
-Excellent stakeholder engagement & onboarding skills
-Arabic speaking candidates are highly preferred
-Candidates with transferable Iqama will be prioritized

🎯 Responsibilities:
Activate and support portfolio & program management functions
Maintain and improve PMO templates, processes & frameworks
Lead onboarding and awareness sessions across business units
Enhance and manage the PMO knowledge base & documentation
Ensure governance, delivery excellence, and reporting standards
