✅ Drive Problem Management using ITIL best practices
✅ Conduct RCA & manage Known Error Database (KEDB)
✅ Collaborate across teams to resolve recurring incidents
✅ Deliver reports, KPIs & process improvements

What you bring:
✨ 3–5 years in Problem Management (ITIL)
✨ Strong RCA & ITSM tools experience (e.g., Remedy)
✨ Excellent communication & analytical skills
✨ ITIL Foundation (preferred) | Banking background (plus)
