The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development lifecycle of assigned projects by coordinating technical scopes, tracking permits, preparing development documentation, and supporting internal and external readiness. The role involves direct coordination with engineering, design, finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between the development plan and implementation readiness.

Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in project development, engineering coordination, or construction pre-planning.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Requirements: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Functional Responsibilities:
- Support the breakdown of development concepts into project-specific workstreams, ensuring clarity on scope, requirements, and constraints.
- Conduct detailed coordination with architecture, engineering, permitting, commercial, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs.
- Draft components of the execution package, including scope documentation, risk registers, phasing details, and handover materials.
- Track progress on permitting, design finalization, commercial readiness, and budget confirmation to feed into overall readiness tracking.
- Prepare inputs for internal approvals as required.
- Assist in the development of milestone plans and project calendars, ensuring alignment with overarching location timelines.
- Participate in mobilization planning, kickoff preparation, and interface meetings with delivery teams.
- Monitor site or execution alignment in early stages, flagging deviations from intended development scope and documenting change impacts.
