We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to oversee multi-billion SAR infrastructure developments within Saudi Arabia’s giga-project ecosystem.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, risk oversight, and strategic project execution expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full project lifecycle delivery
• Manage EPC contractors and consultants
• Oversee budgets exceeding SAR 2B
• Monitor project KPIs and risk mitigation
• Report to executive steering committee
Candidate Requirements
• 18+ years infrastructure leadership
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with mega projects in GCC
• Strong commercial & contractual expertise
