Essential Requirements:
🔹 2–4 years of experience working within an agency environment
🔹 Solid background in events (planning, logistics, and delivery)
🔹 Hands-on experience creating RFPs, proposals, and pitches

Also Required:
🔹 Solid project management skills, timelines, budgets, resourcing, and multi-stakeholder coordination
🔹 Good client-facing communication and presentation skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
🔹 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
🔹 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, or similar)
