Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other enterprise CRM solutions, ensuring successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.

✅ Candidates with experience in the Insurance and Finance industry will be highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead CRM implementation projects, from planning to execution.
✔ Work closely with business and IT teams to define CRM strategies.
✔ Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
✔ Ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with business processes.
✔ Provide technical leadership and oversee system customization/configuration.
✔ Drive user adoption, training, and post-implementation support.
✔ Work on CRM solutions for Insurance & Finance industry clients.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

📌 Expertise in CRM solutions (Siebel CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or SAP CRM).
📌 Proven project management experience in IT consulting or enterprise solutions.
📌 Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
📌 Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
📌 Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms, data migration, and integrations.
📌 Domain expertise in Insurance and Finance industry (Highly Preferred).
📌 PMP, PRINCE2, or CRM-related certifications preferred.
