If you have a track record in managing interior fitout projects and delivering results on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
·      Oversee end-to-end project execution for interior fitout projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
·      Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets with a focus on quality and client satisfaction
·      Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project elements are aligned with client specifications
·      Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and enforce health and safety standards
·      Troubleshoot issues and mitigate risks to maintain project flow and quality standards
·      Report project status to clients and stakeholders with clear, proactive communication

Requirements:
·      Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
·      Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project management, with specific experience in the fitout or construction industry
·      Strong understanding of fitout processes, including planning, budgeting, and construction
·      Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
·      Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
·      Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
