We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Architect of Record (AOR) Division — someone who thrives at the intersection of technical leadership, regulatory navigation, and project delivery excellence.

As part of our growing team, you’ll lead high-profile projects, ensure compliance with local authorities and the Saudi Building Code, and coordinate with global design consultants and top-tier clients.

What we're looking for:
✔️ Proven experience in managing AOR projects in Saudi Arabia
✔️ Strong knowledge of permitting processes, building regulations, and authority coordination
✔️ Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure technical accuracy
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
