Projects Manager

Description:

As a Projects Manager at BTT®, you will be responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and successful completion of our diverse construction related to fit out & finishing projects. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing resources, stakeholders, and risks. Your role will be pivotal in driving our construction division's growth and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the projects lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
2. Supervising on the detailed projects plans, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Lead and motivate cross-functional projects teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Manage projects budgets, expenses, & cashflow management.
5. Monitor projects progress against milestones, prepare comprehensive status reports.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring time frames & quality of materials and services.
8. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bid proposals & respond to technical and commercial queries related to the project.

Qualifications:
1- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management.
2- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management within the construction, furniture, or/and interior fit-out industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects.
3- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
4- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project,) & strong understanding of PM methodologies.
5- Solid financial experience in budget management and cost control.
