Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyse demographics, competitors, and new developments to identify prime locations.
• Property Sourcing: Find and evaluate properties based on terms, location, accessibility, parking, and demographics.
• Negotiation: Negotiate leasehold or freehold agreements with landlords, agents, and developers to meet financial goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align with internal teams and maintain relationships with landlords and regulatory authorities.
• Strategic Reporting: Develop feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and acquisition updates for leadership

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in property acquisitions across the GCC
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of the GCC real estate market and proven track record of property acquisitions, EJARs, leases, open market valuations, rent comparables and legal framework.
• Skills: Ruthless in negotiations, analytical, and financial modelling expertise.
• Attributes: Relentless work ethic, tenacious, self-motivated and ambitious, decisive decision making, excellent admin and pipeline management expertise.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Interests: Working out and keeping fit with an interest in the gym sector are advantageous
• Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel.
