A leading American company is seeking a motivated and experienced Saudi Recruiter to support our growing talent acquisition and recruitment operations across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
Manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media
Maintain recruitment databases, records, and hiring reports
Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
Requirements
Saudi National
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment platforms
Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in Arabic and English
