Responsibilities:

• Responsible for efficiently managing and coordinating patient referrals to world-class elite medical centers outside Saudi Arabia.
• Receiving and processing patient requests, ensuring seamless communication between patients and medical facilities.
• Facilitating medical treatment abroad for patients.
• Maintain accurate records of referrals, appointments, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure patients' needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare professionals, providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English language.
• Relevant educational background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• This position requires strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex medical referral processes.
