Lead and manage regional sales teams
Drive revenue growth across wholesale, retail, and project sales channels
Oversee key account management and business development efforts
Contribute to strategic sales planning and market expansion
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
10–15 years of experience in sales, distribution, or wholesale within sanitary ware, plumbing, or construction-related industries
Proven leadership in managing sales teams and regional operations
Strong track record in the construction project segment
Fluent in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
