Description:

CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation), a global leader in infrastructure and engineering, is seeking Risk Manager to join our high-profile construction project in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity to work on a landmark development contributing to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

The Risk Manager shall be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the project risk management system for the Contractor, with a focus on large and complex MEP systems, utilities relocation, and interface risks.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
·      Develop and maintain the Project Risk Management Plan in line with Contract requirements.
·      Identify, assess, and prioritize risks related to design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, particularly for major MEP and utility systems.
·      Facilitate regular risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
·      Maintain and update the Risk Register, including mitigation and contingency measures.
·      Monitor risk mitigation actions and ensure timely implementation by responsible parties.
·      Provide risk analysis to support project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
·      Report key risks, trends, and mitigation status to senior management and the Engineer.
·      Coordinate with planning, commercial, and technical teams to ensure risks are properly reflected in programme and cost forecasts.
·      Support claims preparation by maintaining proper risk records and contemporaneous documentation.

✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in similar large-scale infrastructure or utilities projects.
Minimum 10 years of regional experience (KSA preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
