About the job
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, managing, and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience with LMS implementations, configurations, data integrations, reporting and analytics, and troubleshooting
- Project management skills with a proven track record of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines
