Senior Change Management Specialist

Description:

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Lead end-to-end change initiatives for major banking projects (e.g., Core Banking modernization, Digital Banking transformation, Regulatory compliance updates)
* Design and implement change strategies, communication plans, and training programs to drive user adoption and organizational readiness
* Collaborate with business, IT, compliance, and risk stakeholders to assess change impact and define mitigation strategies
* Build stakeholder engagement plans and manage resistance effectively
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and acceptance
* Track change effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms
* Advise senior leadership on change impacts and organizational health metrics
* Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Banking, or related field
* 8+ years of change management experience, with 5+ years in the banking/financial services sector
* Deep knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulations (e.g., Basel, AML/KYC, Core Banking)
* Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies
* Certification in Prosci, APMG, or equivalent change frameworks (preferred)

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
* Hands-on role in digital transformation or core banking system implementation
* Experience managing change across multi-country banking operations
