Senior Deal Manager

Description:

Seeking for an experienced Senior Deal Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, with at least 15 years of experience in the chemical/petrochemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day management of all aspects of M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Preparation of marketing materials, financial analyses, investment/information proposals
- Drive deal progression and achievement of milestones
- Accountable for pursuing the right outcome

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Finance
- Financial modeling
- Advanced studies in Finance or economics preferred
- 15+ years of experience working in the chemical/petrochemical industry (preferably in business development)
- Experience in overseeing and management of investment/deals (preferable)
