Senior Design Manager

A leading real estate operator is hiring a Senior Design Manager to oversee the design of multiple build-to-rent and branded residential projects in Saudi Arabia.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
📐 Review and guide architectural, interior, and engineering designs
🏗️ Ensure alignment with operational needs, brand standards, and user experience
🤝 Lead coordination with developers, consultants, and internal teams
🧱 Support site mock-ups, inspections, and fit-out reviews
🧾 Develop design briefs, workflows, and internal standards

✅ Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
📅 8–10+ years in design or design management
🏢 Experience with Operators or residential/hospitality brands
📏 Strong in spatial planning & resident-focused design
🛠️ Familiar with Saudi authority design regulations (preferred)
