Korn Ferry is partnering with a leading diversified investment group in the Middle East to appoint a Senior Director – Enterprise Transformation. This executive will lead enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives, drive operational modernization, and deliver sustainable commercial growth across multiple business units.
This is a high-impact, board-facing leadership role requiring global exposure, financial discipline, and large-scale change management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute enterprise transformation strategy
Drive digital, operational, and commercial performance initiatives
Oversee governance frameworks and value-creation programs
Partner with C-suite leaders and board members on strategic direction
Deliver measurable EBITDA growth and operational efficiencies
Lead cross-functional, multi-country executive teams
Requirements
15+ years in senior executive leadership roles
Strong P&L ownership and financial governance experience
Proven success in large-scale transformation programs
Experience working with Boards and investment stakeholders
MBA or advanced business degree preferred
International exposure (GCC, Europe, North America) highly desirable
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting from $600,000 USD per month
