📌 Must-Have:
✅ 10+ years of strategic planning experience in banking
✅ Proven expertise in developing corporate strategy, strategic plans, and initiatives
✅ Strong leadership in driving high-impact strategic projects and documentation
✅ Skilled in KPI development and managing stakeholder relationships
✅ Ability to assess internal/external factors and pivot strategy accordingly
✅ Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken and written)

💼 Nice to Have:
🎓 Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Management, or
Strategic Management
🎓 Master’s degree highly preferred
📜 Professional certifications in strategic planning are a plus
