• Welcome and greet walk-in customers warmly
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the correct service points
• Manage queues and assist customers at help desks
• Educate customers on digital banking channels (mobile app, online banking, chatbot, etc.)
• Maintain branch appearance as per bank standards
