Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Manager – Cloud to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud service delivery, stakeholder management, and driving operational excellence across cloud platforms.

✅ Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud services to enterprise clients
✅ Manage SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations effectively
✅ Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical teams
✅ Ensure compliance, security, and service continuity across all cloud operations
✅ Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the service delivery framework

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in cloud services
• Proven experience managing Azure, AWS, or GCP environments
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• ITIL certification preferred
• Arabic and English fluency is a plus
