Strong knowledge of construction materials & market trends

Excellent sales, negotiation & vendor management skills

Drive showroom sales & achieve targets

Manage procurement of cement, steel, tiles, wood, hardware, finishing products, etc.

Lead, train & motivate showroom staff

Build strong supplier & customer relationships
