ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Be part of a pioneering organization driving Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 through cutting-edge and digital infrastructure. We are looking for a highly skilled Supplier Self Service Administrator to manage our vendor ecosystem and ensure a seamless digital procurement experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ System Administration: Manage and maintain the Supplier Self-Service Portal (Oracle Fusion/SAP environment).
✔️ Vendor Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for new suppliers, guiding them through the digital registration and qualification process.
✔️ Compliance & Audit: Verify essential Saudi regulatory documents (CR, ZATCA, GOSI, Saudization, and Chamber of Commerce certificates).
✔️ Data Integrity: Oversee the Vendor Master Data to ensure accuracy in banking details, tax information, and contact profiles.
✔️ Support & Training: Provide technical troubleshooting for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding portal access and invoice submission.

🔍 QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Procurement Systems, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain Administration.

Tech Stack: Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (iSupplier), SAP Ariba, or similar enterprise ERP systems.

Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA procurement laws and mandatory business documentation.

Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
