Supply Chain Manager

This is not just a management role—you will be the architect of our entire supply chain.

Your mission: ensure seamless operations across procurement, production, warehousing, and distribution—delivering quality, efficiency, and cost optimization at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Procurement

Lead global & local sourcing (ingredients + packaging)
Optimize COGS and supplier performance
Manage vendor relationships through NetSuite

2. Production Management (Central Kitchen)

Oversee production planning & execution
Manage BOM, WIP, and recipe costing
Maximize yield, minimize waste

3. Warehousing & Inventory

Manage multi-site (cold + dry) storage
Enforce FIFO/FEFO standards
Ensure near-perfect stock accuracy

4. Logistics & Distribution

Lead last-mile delivery & 3PL operations
Ensure compliance
Maintain strict cold chain integrity

5. NetSuite Leadership
Act as NetSuite “Super User”
Drive decisions using real-time operational data
Optimize system utilization across SCM & Manufacturing

6. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with SFDA, ZATCA, and Baladiya
Uphold food safety and Saudi regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For
Experience: 8–10+ years in Supply Chain (F&B, Central Kitchens, or Food Manufacturing in KSA)
Systems: Strong, hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite (SCM & Manufacturing)
Leadership: Proven success managing cross-functional teams and improving efficiency
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA food safety and labor regulations
Nationality: Saudi Nationals strongly encouraged (aligned with localization initiatives)
