We are currently seeking an experienced TCS BaNCS Test Manager for one of our prestigious clients based in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time role for a seasoned testing leader with deep domain expertise in custody services and the TCS BaNCS platform.

Role Overview
The Test Manager will be responsible for defining and managing test strategies, governance, and execution for complex financial systems, with a focus on TCS BaNCS Custody. The role demands strong leadership, deep technical understanding of custody and investment banking products, and hands-on experience with testing frameworks and tools.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in software testing, including 5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in the TCS BaNCS Custody platform and GCC market settlement processes.
Proven experience in test strategy, governance, planning, and execution for large-scale financial systems.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, and other test management and defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and file-based trade processing.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to test automation tools and driving process improvement initiatives.
Deep understanding of investment banking products, particularly within custody services and security services.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and testing in cloud environments.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative, and agile setting.
Strategic mindset with a focus on quality, performance, and business alignment.
