Technical Lead For Servicenow Grc

Description:

We are seeking a Technical Lead for ServiceNow GRC to spearhead the implementation and execution of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM) modules.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring deep technical expertise and team management capabilities.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead technical architecture & design for ServiceNow GRC
✅ Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions
✅ Manage configuration, scripting, and integrations
✅ Conduct code reviews & enforce best practices
✅ Mentor developers and guide sprint deliverables
✅ Collaborate with compliance, security, audit, and IT teams
✅ Troubleshoot complex technical issues
✅ Monitor & optimize platform performance

📚 Required Qualifications:
✔️ 6+ years in ServiceNow development
✔️ 3+ years in ServiceNow GRC module implementation
✔️ Strong in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
✔️ Experience leading technical teams and enterprise rollouts
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔️ Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks
