Techno-commercial Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bids
• Analyze specifications, drawings, and BOQs to develop competitive solutions
• Oversee pricing, cost estimation, and commercial risk
• Manage stakeholder coordination and relationships with clients, consultants, telecom operators, and authorities
• Drive business development, contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics / Telecommunications or related)
10+ years' experience in Saudi Arabia within Telecom & ELV sectors
• Proven experience with telecom operators, government authorities, and contractors
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, fiber optics, ELV, and ICT solutions
• Expertise in tendering, estimation, contract management, and relevant tools
Visa Requirement: Transferable Iqama preferred.
We are looking for a seasoned Techno-Commercial Manager- Telecom & ELV to drive tendering, commercial strategy, and project execution across Telecom and ELV environments. This role requires strong Saudi Arabia market experience and the ability to operate seamlessly with telecom operators, government entities, and contractor-driven projects.
