Tfm Regional Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled TFM Regional Manager to drive operational excellence, manage technical facilities, and lead maintenance and asset management initiatives while collaborating closely with STC.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage preventive and specialized maintenance activities across multiple sites
Ensure all technical documentation (SLDs, SOPs, contingency plans) is up to date
Monitor facility performance and issue periodic health status reports
Oversee energy efficiency initiatives and maintain PUE targets
Supervise site activities including commissioning, rehabilitation, and safety compliance
Manage asset lifecycle, tagging, and database systems
Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure seamless project execution
🔹 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Strong experience in electromechanical or telecom environments
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
