Warehouse Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficiency.
• Audit inventory, report findings, and recommend items for restocking.
• Manage warehouse staff and ensure safe equipment usage.
• Develop and implement warehouse protocols and set goals in collaboration with management.
• Monitor team performance and lead employee training programs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Organize and manage the receipt and shipment of goods with an accuracy rate of 99% or higher.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
